​Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Delivery Time: Pre-order items are made or ordered especially for you. Please contact us for an estimated delivery time.

Cancellations:
Pre-orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after the order has been placed. After this period, the order is final and cannot be changed, as the item is immediately ordered or produced specifically for you.

Returns & Exchanges
All pre-order items are specially customized for your needs and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.

If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to contact us — we are happy to help!

Returns of In-Stock Items:

If your order is not to your satisfaction or has any damage, it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item with a photo. Failure to notify us within this time frame may affect your eligibility for a refund. Once we confirm receipt of your email/message, you must return the item in its original condition within 7 business days.

Please note that Shubhalankar does not cover shipping costs for returns.

After we receive and assess the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Please make sure to notify us within 24 hours and return the item within 7 business days. Failure to meet these timelines will result in the refund being declined.

Refunds will only cover the cost of the items; shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

While we strive to accurately represent our products, please note that colors and details may vary depending on your device settings and lighting.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following items:

Clothes: 

• Worn or used clothes 

• Items not in their original condition or original packaging (including packaging Tags)

• Clearance sale items (mentioned in the product description)

• Customized or personalized products

• Customized pre-order items

• Damaged items due to customer handling

• After the lapse of the 7-day return period for the purchased products

 

Jewellery/ Accessories:

• Sale or discounted items

• Any items containing earrings (for hygiene purpose)

• Hair accessories/ tikka (for hygiene purpose)

 

In-person purchases by appointment:

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items purchased in person, whether by appointment or at our stall during events. We recommend trying on and checking your items carefully before making a purchase.

Standard shipping within The Netherlands:

Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is cleared, and you can expect delivery within 1-3 business days once dispatched.

All orders are sent via tracked shipping  (e.g. DHL or Post NL), and tracking information will be provided once your items are on their way.

Please note, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company (e.g., DHL or PostNL).

Shipping Offer:
Shipping is free within Netherlands on all orders above EUR 60.

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.

 

Pick-Up Orders:
For orders where the “Pick-Up” option is selected at checkout, full payment is required to confirm the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to complete the payment for the order to be processed and reserved.

 

Uncollected Pick-Up Orders:
Orders selected for pick-up (by appointment) must be collected within 14 days of order confirmation. If not collected within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order without a refund.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the condition or availability of items that remain uncollected beyond this timeframe.

 

Standard shipping within EU countries

For orders outside the Netherlands but within the EU, please contact us to confirm shipping costs and delivery timelines. Items will be regularly received within 3-7 business days from day of dispatch. Please note, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company (e.g., DHL or PostNL).

Shipping Offer:
Shipping is free on all orders above EUR 120.

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.

SHUBHALANKAR is not responsible for failed deliveries in the following cases:

• Failure to accept delivery due to refusal to pay customs duties and taxes.

• The customer provides an incorrect shipping address or contact information (phone/email), which prevents customs from clearing the package.

In both cases, we will not refund shipping or any other related charges.
